【Abstract】 When encountering with flood,the lives of people are most important in disaster areas.How to organize the people to evacuate efficiently is the initial work of the rescue.The study analyses the refuge and transfer methods,then puts forward the scheme of the refuge based on GIS and Mike.The study also analyses the key problems and technical problems during the refuge.The refuge route is designed for some districts of Liaohe River following the methods.更多还原
