隧道施工动态仿真分析
Dynamic Simulation of Tunnel Construction
【摘要】 由于隧道开挖施工引起围岩应力重分布,使得围岩局部产生应力集中,因而隧道容易产生塌方、变形过大等危害。因此掌握隧道施工过程中围岩及衬砌的状态,对隧道的稳定性和安全性分析尤为重要。FLAC3D数值模拟软件可以模拟隧道开挖、支护施工的整个过程[1],并可分析各施工时段的围岩应力和变形以及跟踪点的应力、变形全过程曲线,从而判断隧道的稳定性。结合在建摩天岭1#通风斜井工程采用FLAC3D软件对隧道的动态施工进行了仿真模拟分析,通过对跟踪点的位移、应力的分析,得到了不同级别围岩下的变形和应力的全过程曲线以及影响范围,为隧道的设计和施工提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The surrounding rock’s local stress will be concentrated because of the tunnel excavation construction,and it will also cause some other harms to the tunnel, such as the landslide,oversized distortion and so on.Therefore,grasping the conditions of the surrounding rock and the lining during the tunnel construction is important to the tunnel stability and security.The FLAC3D software can simulate the entire process of the tunnel excavation and the support construction, and may analyze the surrounding rock’s stress and distortion in each construction time interval as well as the whole process curve at the observation point,thus to judge the tunnel’s stability.Combining with the construction of Motianling 1# ventilation inclined-shaft,the whole process of the tunnel construction is simulated dynamically with the FLAC3D software.Through analyzing the displacement and stress at the observation point,the whole process curve and the influence sphere of the deformation and stress in different levels are gotten,which could provide the theoretical basis for the design and construction of tunnels.
