【Abstract】 Air valves have already become a indispensable apparatus in long-distance water conveyance system.They take charge of the responsibilities such as the exhaust of the water-filling pipeline,the air intake and exhaust during the accidental and normal failure,and the water hammer protection,etc.So making a reasonable selection of air valves or not will have a great impact on the safety operation of a project.The author analyzes the differences between the measured data and the results from formula calculations of the exhaust performance of air valves,and concludes that the selection of air valves should depend on the measured data.更多还原
