硼对草坪草CAT和POD活性的影响

【摘要】 以暖季型草坪草海滨雀稗和419(狗牙根)为材料,以沙、珍珠岩与砾石为基质进行培养试验,通过在Hoag land营养液中不加硼和加硼处理,在冬夏季测定草坪草过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性。结果表明:不论在冬季和夏季,施硼可提高两种草坪草CAT活性;但同一草种在冬、夏季施硼和不施硼之间均未达到显著差异;施硼可提高两种草坪草过氧化物酶(POD)活性,同一草种在冬、夏季施硼和不施硼之间均达到极显著差异。随夏季温度升高,CAT、POD酶活性呈增加的趋势。

【Abstract】 Take the warm season lawn grass Seashore paspalum and cynodondactylon(L.)pers as a material,The two grass were growed in the soilless of sand,perlite and gravel that were transacted in two different treatments of-B and +B.Influence of boron on Active of the CAT and POD in Seashore paspalum and cynodondactylon(L.)pers were carried out in summer and winter.The result shows that: No matter in the winter and the summer,Boron enhances two kind of lawn grass CAT activeness;But the identical grass plants does not execute between the boron not to achieve the remarkable difference;Boron enhances two kinds of lawn grass peroxide enzyme(POD) activeness,the identical grass plants does not execute between the boron to achieve the extremely remarkable difference.Along with summer temperature going up,CAT and POD enzyme activity assumes the tendency which increases.
