含锰高强度低合金烧结钢(Ⅱ)——锰的加入方式和烧结过程特征
High strength low-alloy sintered steel containing manganese(Ⅱ)——Adding strategies and characteristics of sintering process
【摘要】 对含锰低合金烧结钢生产所涉及的工艺问题及其机理进行评述,包括烧结钢中锰的加入方式、锰的升华-凝聚机理、瞬时液相、烧结气氛和烧结温度。指出:实现含锰低合金烧结钢产业化的关键是,降低原料粉末的氧含量,防止粉末和压坯在工艺过程中氧化;含锰烧结钢烧结过程的主要特征是,烧结过程始终是在有气相锰存在的条件下进行的;含锰低合金烧结钢可以采用铁基粉末冶金材料标准生产工艺制造,在强还原性气氛中烧结,气氛露点容许高于热力学计算值。
【Abstract】 The process problems and mechanisms associated with producing low-alloy sintered steel containing manganese were reviewed in the present paper,such as the mode of manganese addition,evaporation-deposition mechanism of manganese,instantaneous liquid phase,sintering atmosphere and temperature,etc.Herefrom,it is pointed out that the key factor to commercialize low-alloy sintered steel doped with manganese is not only to decrease the oxygen content in the raw powders,but also to avoid the oxidation of both powders and compacts during the process;the gaseous-manganese presence in the whole sintering cycle is a major characteristic as for the sintering of these steels;the standard production procedure of iron-based powder-metallurgical parts is applicable for producing low-alloy sintered steel containing manganese.
