【Abstract】 Polygraph test is a term used in common life, but absolutely not a scientific one. Criminal psy-chological test skills, the professional name, or simply called brain test skills, have being debated weather can be used as litigation evidence. We can not hold optimistic attitude toward the situation of research and application of criminal psychological test skills today. To discuss the evidence value of these skills, we have to make a in-depth exploration to this field first.
