结直肠癌免疫细胞浸润与趋化因子单核细胞趋化蛋白-1表达的关系
Expression of Chemokine MCP-1 in Colorectal Carcinoma and its Relationship with the Infiltration of Immunocyte
【摘要】 目的研究趋化因子单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP)-1在结直肠癌中的表达及其与免疫细胞浸润和肿瘤浸润转移的生物学行为的关系。方法通过免疫组织化学方法检测40例结直肠癌标本中MCP-1蛋白的表达以及肿瘤组织中免疫细胞的浸润情况,并分析两者之间的关系。结果结直肠癌组织MCP-1阳性表达率为96%(36/40);浸润的免疫细胞以CD68+的巨噬细胞为最多,其次是CD3+、CD8+和CD4+T细胞;MCP-1的表达率与肿瘤的转移和Dukes’分期呈负相关,与免疫细胞的浸润呈正相关。结论MCP-1在结直肠癌中的表达可以影响肿瘤浸润转移,亦可聚集免疫细胞至肿瘤局部组织发挥其免疫效应。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of MCP-1 in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with immunocyte infiltration and biological behaviour of tumor’s infiltration and metastasis.Methods The expression of MCP-1 was assessed in the surgical samples of colorectal carcinoma by immunohistochemistry.The tumor infiltrated immunological cells were also studied with immunohistochemistry.Results MCP-1 was detected in 90% of the patients(36/40);Most of the infiltrated immunocytes are macrophages and T cells;The expression of MCP-1 was negatively correlated with tumor’s metastasis and the Dukes’ stage in colorectal carcinoma.But a significant correlation was found between the expression of MCP-1 and the infiltrated macrophages,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ T cell and NK cells.The stronger the expression of MCP-1 was,the large number of the infiltrated immunocytes were.Conclusion The expression of chemokine MCP-1 in colorectal carcinoma may influence tumor’s infiltration and metastasis and assemble the immunocytes to the local of tissue the tumor so that they would exert their immunological effects.
