湖南武冈陶田瓷泥的组成、工艺性能及应用研究

【摘要】 湖南武冈陶田瓷泥的矿物组成复杂,除含有绿泥石、伊利石、高岭石、叶蜡石等黏土质矿物外,还含有适量的长石、石英等。它的化学组成处于长石质瓷范围之内,可单独成瓷。此外,还具有颗粒细小,水化率高,可塑性好等特点。但其Fe2O3、TiO2含量偏高,给白度要求高的陶瓷制品生产带来了一定的困难。当用陶田瓷泥等量替代某高强瓷配方中的左云土(wt20%)时,其无釉瓷质弯曲强度为136MPa,施棕釉后达到172MPa。用该瓷泥试制的艺术瓷样品显现出自成釉的明显迹象。

【Abstract】 The Taotian porcelain clay can be sintered to ceramic solely, whose mineral composition contains not only clay such as clinochlore, illite, kaolinite, pyrophyllite and so on, but also non-clay such as quartz, ortholase, etc. Its chemical composition is similar to that of feldspathic porcelain. The characteristic of Taotian porcelain clay is as following: small paticle size, high hydration rate and excellent plasticity properties, etc. However, the content of iron oxide and titanium oxide is in excess slightly, so there is difficulty to ceramic product with high whiteness. The flexural strength of porcelain samples are 136MPa and that of 172MPa covered brown glaze when Taotian china-clay was used to substitute for Zuoyun clay and the former mass ratio is 20 percent. The artistic porcelain samples produced by Taotian china-clay appeared the features of self-formation glaze.
