从稻壳裂解残渣中提取二氧化硅的研究

【摘要】 利用稻壳裂解残渣制取二氧化硅,讨论了液固比、碳酸钠溶液浓度、溶煮时间等因素对二氧化硅产率的影响,研究表明:炭化稻壳和9%的碳酸钠溶液配比为1/25,在100℃下溶煮时间4.5h所得的二氧化硅的产率最大(60%)。对产品的分析检测表明,稻壳提取物为非晶二氧化硅,产品质量达到橡胶配合剂用白炭黑的国标要求。

【Abstract】 Making silica dioxide from the residue of pyrolyzed rice husk was conducted. The effects on the yield of silica dioxide in different liquid-solid ratio, concentration of sodium carbonate solution and heated dissolving time were discussed. The results indicated that the yield of silica dioxide reached to the maximum under the following optimal conditions, i.e., the concentration of sodium carbonate solution was 9%, the ratio of carbonized rice husk to the solution of the sodium carbonate was 1/25, the heated dissolving time was 4.5h and the temperature was 100℃. Analysis to the product showed that the silica dioxide extracted from the rice husk was amorphous and some technical data could meet the requirement of the qualification specified by Chinese national standard of silica dioxide for application in rubber additives.
