化学结合水法在增钙煤矸石活化程度评定中的应用
Application of Chemically Combined Water Content Method in Evaluation on Activation Process of Added-Calcium Coal Gangue
【摘要】 在较低CaO掺入量的情况下,增钙煤矸石样的煅烧温度以1150℃为宜。随着水化龄期的延长,几种增钙煤矸石试样的水化程度也在逐渐增加,且随着液相介质中碱浓度的增加,化学结合水量也在逐渐增加,活性表现越好;以增钙样K2(煤矸石71%+石灰石25%+石膏3%+萤石1%)的活性为最佳。各增钙煤矸石力学性能和活性评定过程的试验分析结果,是一致的。
【Abstract】 In the case of lower amount of CaO, the suitable calcination temperature of added-calcium coal gangue is 1150℃. The experiment can approve that, with extending of hydration time, hydration degree of every sample can be increasing gradually, and with increasing of alkali concentration in the liquid medium, the amount of chemically combined water can be increasing gradually and activity of added-calcium coal gangue is better. The activation of K2 coal gangue is best, which is composed of 71% coal gangue, 25% limestone, 3% gypsum and 1% fluorite. The experiment can also approve that the mechanical property of added-calcium coal gangue is in accordance with the results of the experiment of activity evaluation.
