【Abstract】 The Honesty and Credit is a very important part in the traditional Chinese Confucian thought.Confucian School always encourages the two and held them as the ethical principles and code of conduct that shall be put into practice today.But,because of the benefits of the market economy,Because the negative impact of the benefits and Impetuous by the market economy,some civil servants still fake work and lie and make hasty and changeable policies,that all will impact on our administrative efficiency,and will impact the image of the government in our people.So,we shall sufficiently research the theoretical contents of the Confucian thought on honesty and credit,build up and strengthen the mechanism of inner and outer morality,enhance the awareness of the government functionary on honesty and credit,and overcome the negative behavior awry from these principles and codes.Because these activities we performed will be great significance for improving the credit of the government functionary and promoting the harmonious society construction.更多还原
