弯叶画眉草对盐胁迫的生理响应
Physiological responses of Eragrostis curvula to salt stress
【摘要】 对弯叶画眉草进行盐度梯度的胁迫试验。研究发现,其叶绿素含量和脯氨酸含量在盐度为1.0%时相对迅速降低,在2.0%盐度时则相对增加;SOD活性和细胞质膜相对透性随着盐浓度的升高而增加,在2.0%盐浓度梯度时达到最大值,然后开始降低。表明盐胁迫的强度是影响弯叶画眉草生长的关键因素。
【Abstract】 Under artificial conditions,a salt stress experiment on Eragrostis curvula was conducted by irrigating with 0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0% and 2.5% NaCl solutions.The results showed that chlorophyll and proline contents increased rapidly at the 2.0% salinity,and reduced rapidly at 1.0%;and SOD activity and the relative plasmalemma permeability increased with increasing salinity,plateaued at 2.0% and then started to decline.The results demonstrated that NaCl concentration was a key factor affecting the growth of E.curvula.
