【Abstract】 Scientific research administration staff should take the scientific outlook on development as the guidance,and foster a new concept of scientific research administration of people-foremost,coordination,development in all respects,and sustainable development.They should innovate the scientific research administration mode,create a relatively free administration environment,coordinate the relationship between sections,between scientific research and teaching and between base and platform.Promote development in all respects including basic research and applied research,natural sciences and social sciences,scientific research and disciplines construction.They should take measures to train innovation talents,perfect evaluation mechanism,and strengthen scientific research ethics construction to bring about sustainable development of scientific research at colleges and universities.更多还原
