【摘要】 采用甲脒亚磺酸(FAS)对废旧新闻纸脱墨浆进行了单段漂白实验,探讨了FAS用量、NaOH和FAS用量比、浆浓、漂白温度和时间对纸浆漂白的影响。结果表明:废旧新闻纸脱墨浆采用单段FAS漂白,其最佳工艺条件为FAS用量0.6%,NaOH用量0.3%,浆浓5%,温度70℃,时间60 min,纸浆白度可达57.9%SBD。更多还原

【Abstract】 The waste paper deinked pulp was bleached with formamidine sulphinic acid(FAS).The effects of FAS dosage,ratio of NaOH to FAS,pulp consistency,temperature and the reaction time of FAS on bleaching was studied.The experimental results indicate that the brightness of deinked pulp increases with increasing of FAS dosage,the temperature and the reaction time.The optimal bleaching conditions are the FAS dosage of 0.6%,the NaOH dosage of 0.3%,the pulp consistency of 5%,the reaction temperature of 70℃,the reaction time of 60 min.The waste paper deinked pulp brightness can reach to 57.9%(SBD)in those conditions.更多还原
