微生物絮凝剂MBF7的化学组成及絮凝特性研究

【摘要】 青霉菌株HHE-P7能够分泌对高岭土悬浊液具有高絮凝活性的胞外多聚物MBF7。应用无水乙醇可从发酵液的上清液中将絮凝多聚物提取出来。采用FTIR(傅立叶红外光谱)方法测定,MBF7由磷酸根、氨根、羟基和羧基等活性基团组成;通过凝胶色谱法得出此微生物絮凝剂分子量大约在3×105Da。另外根据絮凝实验结果显示,HHE-P7所产微生物絮凝剂具有较好的热稳定性,絮凝效果受到高岭土悬浊液pH、微生物絮凝剂及Ca2+投加量等因素的影响。

【Abstract】 MBF7 could be produced from HHE-P7 with high floculating activity on Kaolin suspension. The polymer could be easily recovered from supernatant of the fermented medium by cold ethanol precipitation. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra showed the present of phospho, amino, hydroxyl and carboxyl group in MBF7 and the average molecular weight of MBF7 was estimated to be in the magnitude of 3×105 Da by gel permeation chromatography. From the flocculating test MBF7 is a heat-stable bioflocculant. The factors affecting flocculating activity are mainly the dose of cultivation solution and Ca2+, pH of Kaolin suspension.
