基于接触理论的叶轮机械偏心传动的偏心量计算
The Eccentricity Calculation of Eccentricity Rotation in Turbomachinery Based on Contact Theory
【摘要】 介绍了一种应用于叶轮机械的传动方式,即偏心传动,该传动方式具有装配方便的特点;将弹性接触理论应用于该传动方式偏心量的计算,建立了考虑弹性变形时偏心量的计算方法;采用一组实际数据,分析计算方法的适用性,以及弹性变形对偏心量计算的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new rotation way used in turbomachinery, which is eccentricity rotation with the characteristic of assembling conveniently. The flexible contact theory is applied to calculate eccentricity of this kind of rotation way. The calculation method of eccentricity considering flexible deformation is established. The applicability of the method and the effect of flexible deformation on calculating eccentricity are analyzed based on a group of data.
