枸杞多糖对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型小鼠的基因表达谱的影响

【摘要】 为了探讨枸杞多糖对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型小鼠的药理作用,利用Illumina基因芯片研究使用枸杞多糖灌胃的衰老模型小鼠的基因差异表达情况.实验表明D-半乳糖诱导的亚急性衰老模型是可靠的衰老实验动物模型.通过分析找到了枸杞多糖在延缓衰老、抗氧化、降血糖、调节免疫、抗肿瘤、降血脂等方面有影响的相关基因.

【Abstract】 To investigate the pharmacological effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on D-galactose subacute aging mice,the difference of gene expression profile in D-galactose subacute aging mice(stomach irritation with LBP) were detected by means of Illumina gene chip hybridization technology.The rusults validated that D-galactose subacute aging model is a reliable animal model of aging experiments.Differential expression genes related to LBP’s effect on antiaging,antioxidation,reducing blood glucose,immuno-modulating,anticancer,reducing serum lipids,etc were found.
