【摘要】 目的建立测量六味补血颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用Alltima-C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150mm);流动相采用甲醇-0.05%醋酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长为320 nm,柱温:25℃。结果阿魏酸在3.18~31.8μg/mL的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=2.11%(n=6)。结论该法准确、简便,重现性好,可作为六味补血颗粒制剂质量控制的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of Ferulic Acid content in Liuweibuxue granules.Methods The analytical column was Alltima-C18(5 μm,4.6×150 mm).Methanol-0.05% acetic acid gradient elution as mobile phase.The flow rate was set at 1.0mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 320nm,and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The calibration curve was linear over the rage of 3.18～31.8μg/mL for Ferulic Acid,with the average recoveries of 99.75%(n=6),RSD was 2.11%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable to be used in quality control of liuweibuxue granules.更多还原
