火电机组经济技术评估系统的研究

【摘要】 综合国内外火电机组经济技术评估成果的基础上,提出了基于阈值的火电机组经济技术评估方法,建立了全国100 MW以上火电机组的可靠性综合数据库、评估阈值库,建立了机组整体性能、锅炉、汽轮机、发电机及电气、热工仪表及控制、金属材料、环境保护及汽水品质等8个主要系统的评估模型,开发出适用于100 MW以上火电机组的经济技术评估系统。对常熟电厂300 MW机组及广东沙角B电厂350 MW机组的评估结果表明,该评估系统达到了一定的准确性。

【Abstract】 By comprehensively considering the achievements reached at home and abroad for the purpose of electric and technical evaluation of fossil power plants,a threshold-based method is being proposed.An integrated reliability database and a threshold database for the evaluation of domestic 100 MW and above fossil power units have been set up while evaluation models for following 8 main systems established: integral performance of generating unit,boiler,turbine,generator and electrical apparatus,instrumentation and control,metallic materials,environmental protection as well as steam-water quality control system.Meanwhile an economic & technical evaluation system suitable for 100 MW and above fossil power units has been developed.Actual application of the system respectively to Changshu 300 MW and Guangdong Shajiao B 350 MW power unit proves it to be accurate.
