超临界汽轮机中压缸热应力的有限元分析

【摘要】 应用有限元分析程序计算分析了超临界1 000 MW汽轮机中压内缸稳态运行时的温度场、热应力、综合应力,得到了该汽轮机中压缸较全面的强度数据。并对中压内缸进行了接触分析,考核其汽密性,为汽缸的安全性评定和寿命预测提供了技术依据。

【Abstract】 Finite element analysis programs were used for calculation and analysis of the temperature field,thermal stress,comprehensive stress of a 1 000 MW supercritical turbine’s intermediate pressure(IP) casing,hence a series of strength data were obtained.Meanwhile,contact analysis of the IP inner casing was also performed for checking its tightness,which may serve as a reference for safety and life assessment of the casing.
