【摘要】 【目的】探讨产后情绪及综合心理干预对母亲育儿行为及婴儿早期发展的影响,以促进婴儿综合发展水平。【方法】随机抽取正常分娩婴儿140例,按知情同意原则,进入干预组52例,其余为对照组,进行常规儿童保健,干预组同时实施综合心理干预。对比两组母亲育儿行为、婴儿6个月营养状况及智能发育水平。【结果】产后抑郁总发生率为7.3%,母亲产后1个月爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)得分与6个月时育儿行为综合评分呈负相关(P<0.01),多元线性回归分析表明,EPDS中"难以入睡"因子得分越高,母亲育儿行为综合评分越低(P<0.001)。干预组婴儿6个月患贫血的比例低于对照组(P<0.05),Gesell测验干预组语言及社交行为评分高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。【结论】产后不良情绪对婴儿母亲育儿行为有负面影响,综合心理干预有助于改善母亲育儿行为,促进婴儿早期综合发展水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the effects of postpartum emotion and integrated psychological intervention to mother’s nurture behavior and early childhood development. 【Methods】 Random sampling of 140 cases of normal infants,according to the principle of informed consent,52 infants entered the intervention group,and the remaining control group.Conventional health cares were conducted to both groups.In addition,integrated psychological intervention was conducted to intervention group.Contrast two groups’ mothers’ nurture behavior,6 months infants’ nutritional status and the level of intellectual development. 【Results】 Total incidence rate of postpartum depression was 7.3%.One month after childbirth,mothers’ Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS) showed negatively correlated to integrated nurture behavior score of 6th month(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that higher scores of the "hard to sleep" factor for EPDS corresponding to lower scores of mothers’ integrated nurture behavior(P<0.001).6th month anemia incidence rate in intervention group’s infants was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Speech and social response rating by Gesell Development Scales in intervention group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The difference between groups was statistically significant. 【Conclusions】 Unhealthy postpartum emotion has negative impact to mothers’ nurture behavior.Integrated psychological intervention helps to improve mothers’ nurture behavior,thus promotes integrated early childhood development.更多还原
