【摘要】 【目的】对幽门螺杆菌感染(helicobacter pylori,Hp)和未感染儿童身高生长随访3年,探讨Hp感染对儿童身高生长的影响。【方法】整群抽样健康儿童454名进行血清Hp抗体检测、体格检查及社会经济状况和父母亲身高、体重问卷调查;Hp抗体阳性者进行粪Hp抗原测定;Hp阴性者随访结束前再次检测血清Hp抗体。研究开始、随访1年半及3年时分别进行1次体格生长指标测量及评价。【结果】60名(13.2%)儿童感染Hp,290名(63.9%)儿童未感染;Hp感染儿童3年身高增长值明显低于未感染儿童,影响儿童身高增长值的主要因素是年龄和Hp感染状态,Hp感染与儿童身高增长呈负相关。【结论】Hp感染与儿童体格生长有关联,主要体现在身高增长;Hp感染可能是影响儿童体格生长的环境因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To prospectively follow-up a cohort of children and to compare the increment of height in the children of asymptomatic Hp infection with that of remained infection-free. 【Methods】 454 children in general good health,aged 2 to 7 years,who surveyed for the socioeconomic status,parental height and weight and serum Hp IgG antibody,were followed up for growth of height in 3 years until 2004.Anthropometric measurements were performed every 1.5 years.Stool Hp antigen were measured with ELISA among participants who were Hp seropositive and serum Hp IgG antibody was measured again in the Hp seronegative participants before the follow-up survey was over. 【Results】 Totally 60 children were diagnosed as Hp positive and the prevalence rates was 13.2%.The increments of height in Hp infected and non-infected children were(21.1±2.9)cm and(22.2±3.30)cm(P=0.011) by Mann-Whitney test.Hp infection had a significant statistical negative relation with the increments of height in the stepwise regression model. 【Conclusions】 Hp has effect on growth of children,which mainly manifested in the increments of height.Impact of Hp on growth of children is chronic and latent,and the magnitude of its impact is small.更多还原
