深圳学前儿童血脂水平及影响因素的研究

【摘要】 【目的】了解深圳学前儿童血脂水平、血脂异常率及影响因素,为从儿童期开始心脑疾病的早期预防提供基础资料。【方法】对深圳特区284名2~6岁学前儿童进行血脂谱水平测定及其影响因素调查,并进行影响因素单因素分析和多因素回归分析。【结果】2~6岁儿童甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)采用酶法,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平分别为(4.37±0.86)、(0.73±0.27)、(1.99±0.39)、(2.13±0.65)mmol/L,ApoAI、ApoB的水平分别为(1.67±0.18)、(0.84±0.16)g/L,儿童血脂异常总检出率14.08%,以TC异常为主,各年龄组儿童和不同性别儿童血脂异常检出率差异无显著性。饮食习惯、生活方式、心血管病家族史、被动吸烟、空腹血糖、身长别体重Z值、出生体重等因素是儿童血脂的影响因素。【结论】控制儿童血脂异常、消除不良因素,将有助于消除儿童心血管疾病危险因素,并降低儿童期危险因素对成人期心血管疾病发生的危险性。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the blood-lipids levels、abnormal rate and affecting factors of pre-school children in Shenzhen,providing the information about early prevention against cardiovascular disease beginning from childhood. 【Methods】 The level of blood-lipids profile and its impact factors of 284 pre-school children aged 2~6 years old in Shenzhen were investigated,and the factors were analyzed through the single factor and multiple regression analysis. 【Results】 The level of cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG)、high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)、low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were(4.37±0.86)、(0.73±0.27)、(1.99±0.39)、(2.13±0.65)mmol/L,apo-lipoprotein AI(ApoAI)、apo-lipoprotein B(ApoB) were(1.67±0.18)、(0.84±0.16)g/L respectively,the levels of blood lipids were stable in age phase and there was no significant difference between boys and girls,prevalence of abnormal serum lipid was 14.08%,especially in TC level.Some factors correlated with varying degree of the level of serum lipids profile of children,such as dietary status,live style,cardiovascular disease family history,passive smoking,fasting blood glucose,WHZ,the birth weight. 【Conclusions】 Controlling abnormal blood-lipids in preschool children and eliminating adverse influencing factors would be helpful to eliminate cardiovascular disease risk factors in preschool children,and protect children from cardiovascular diseases reduce risk factors resulting in cardiovascular diseases in adulthood.
