【摘要】 目的探讨青壮年股骨颈骨折的治疗方法。方法采用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植加骨圆针内固定,治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折26例。结果术后随访10个月~5年,26例骨折均愈合,患侧髋关节功能恢复良好。结论青壮年股骨颈骨折损伤暴力大,血循环破坏重,骨折愈合慢,股骨头缺血坏死率较高,采用本方法可以促进骨折愈合,减少股骨头坏死率,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore one convenient and effective way to treatment of femoral neck fractures in young adults.Methods Twenty-six cases of femoral neck fractures in young and middle aged adults were treated by pin of bone and iliac osteoperiosteal flap pedicled with deep iliac circumflex blood vessel.Results Twenty-six cases showed excellent outcomes after following up for 10 month～5 years.The femoral neck fractures had been healed.There was no ischemic necrosis of femoral head.Their functions on the hips were satisfactory.Conclusion Femoral neck fractures in young adults are severe injuries because the ruined local blood circulation hampers healing and results in high rate of the ischemic necrosis of femoral head.The multiple muscle pedicle iliac bone graft is helpful for young adults with femoral neck fractures in that it can accelerate bone healing,reduce the rate of the ischemic necrosis,and improve curative effects.更多还原
