【摘要】 目的探讨改良腭垂腭咽成形术合并低温等离子射频消融术治疗中、重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的远期疗效。方法采用改良腭咽成形术合并低温等离子射频消融术治疗中重度OSAHS患者38例,随访2年以上,复查多导睡眠图,判定疗效。结果全部病例随访2年以上,复查多导睡眠图,判定疗效。38例患者中,治愈9例(23.68%),显效12例(31.58%),有效11例(28.95%),无效6例(15.79%),总有效率84.21%;全部病例均未出现严重并发症。结论改良腭垂腭咽成形术合并射频消融术是临床治疗OSAHS的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prostecdtive efficacy of modified uvulopalatopharyngoplasty and radio frequency for the treatment of middle to heavy obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Adopt modified uvulopalatopharyngoplasty and radio frequency for the treatment of middle to heavy OSAHS 38 cases,follow up over 2 years,according to the results of recheck polysomnogram to assessment therapeutic effect.Results By the end of a followlling up period lasted for over 2 years,an evaluation on the therapeutic effects indicated that 9 cases(23.68%) were cured,12 cases(31.58%)were significantly effective,11 cases(28.95%)were improved and 6 cases(15.79%) were ineffective with a total effective rate of 84.21%.All cases did not occur severe complications.Conclusion This method might obtain the better effects for patients with middle to heavy OSAHS.更多还原
