【摘要】 目的观察替加色罗治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(C-IBS)的疗效及其对血浆P物质(SP)的调节作用。方法将56例符合罗马Ⅱ诊断标准的C-IBS患者随机分成两组,每组28例。治疗组给予替加色罗,6 mg,每天2次,对照组给予谷维素10 mg,每天2次,治疗4周。在治疗前后,运用放射免疫法测定两组血浆SP浓度。结果治疗组总有效率89.29%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组能显著升高血浆SP浓度,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论替加色罗治疗C-IBS疗效确切;通过升高血浆SP浓度间接地达到调节肠道的异常机械运动是其作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the curative effect in the treatment of constipation-predominant of irritable bowel syndrome(C-IBS) and the regulate function on plasma substance P with tegaserod.Methods Fifty-six patients who met the Rome Ⅱ criteria for C-IBS were divided into treatment group and control group randomly(each group 28 patients).Patients in treatment group took tegaserod(6 mg,bid) and which in control group took oryzanolum(10 mg,bid) for 4 weeks.Measured the plasma substance P at pre-treatment and post-treatment by means of radioimmune assay.Results The total curative effect of the treatment group was 89.29%,which was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The plasma substance P level was advanced significantly in the treatment group,difference was remarkable compared to the control group.Conclusion Tegaserod is reliable in treating C-IBS.To achieve the aim of accommodating intestinal abnormal mechanical movement by advancing plasma substance P is one of its functional mechanisms.更多还原
