600MW超临界锅炉高温过热器氧化皮脱落爆管原因分析及对策

【摘要】 大唐湘潭发电有限责任公司4号超临界锅炉运行不到4000h就发生高温过热器管氧化皮层脱落堵塞而引起短期过热爆管。需要指出的是,全国在运的超临界锅炉也多次发生由于氧化皮层脱落造成锅炉受热面堵塞而爆管。为此,从机理上分析了SA-213TP3476H材质氧化皮生成、脱落、聚积原因,指出由于该材质晶粒度等级低,造成其氧化皮脱落并堵塞管子而引起爆管,并从运行的角度提出和实施了防止高温过热器氧化皮脱落的技术措施。运行和定期检查表明,3、4号锅炉高温过热器氧化皮产生、脱落和聚积得到有效控制,取得明显的效果。

【Abstract】 There occurred burst because of oxide skin broken off at the final stage super heater during its 4000 hours operation on Hunan Xiangtan Power Generation Co., Ltd. It was pointed out that occurred domestic time after time. So it was analyzed on mechanism how the scale of SA-213TP3476H came into being, broke off and assembled. Because of low grade of grain size of that material, pipe was jammed and then broke due to scale broken off. The technical treatment was brought up to prevent the scale broken off from final stage super heater, and such bursts never happened again up to now.
