功率放大器的可调增益预失真算法
Predistortion Algorithm with Adjustable Gain Used in Power Amplifier
【摘要】 为了满足不断发展的无线通信系统对功率放大器线性度的要求,对功率放大器的预失真算法进行了深入研究,提出了一种基于记忆多项式的变换拟合预失真算法,不仅有效提高了功率放大器的线性度,而且可根据需要调整预失真放大器的增益。同时给出了基于该算法的预失真器的行为模型及其实现结构。输入信号为64-QAM信号,码片速率为3.84MHz时,在中心频率±5MHz处带外失真改善20dB,与原始输入信号仅相差不到2dB。
【Abstract】 Due to the development of wireless communication systems, the linearity requirement of power amplifiers (PAs) is very stringent. A transform-fitting arithmetic based on memory polynomial was presented. The algorithm can not only improve the linearity of amplifier, but also adjust the gain of PAs with dependency. Additionally,the behavioral model and structure of the predistorter based on transform-fitting algorithm are also introduced. When inputting a WCDMA signal with data rate of 3.84 MHz, out-of-band distortion is improved by 20 dB at ±5 MHz of center frequency, only less than 2 dB higher than the initial input of the power amplifier.
