基于条纹边缘解码的结构光三维测量技术

【摘要】 基于结构光的三维视觉测量关键问题之一就是如何准确地获取投射光的投射角。本文结合三角法公式提出了基于Gray码边缘编码解码的投射角求取方法。该方法采用等宽Gray码条纹进行编码,采用一种基于边缘导向的亚像素定位技术提取条纹边缘,用其上象素点进行解码,消除了Gray码固有的一位解码误差,同时将图像采样点定位准确度和图像采样点与物面采样点的对应准确度提高到亚像素级。此外,分析了等宽编码条纹对投射角划分不平均导致的测量误差,并加以修正。最后,利用3dsmax、Matlab软件仿真了测量系统,重构出被测表面。实验结果表明,测量误差约为0 .05 %。

【Abstract】 The key problem in 3D vision measurement based on structured light is to acquiring projecting angle of projecting light accurately.Based on triangle equation,method for acquiring projecting angle by encoding and decoding with fringe edge of Gray code is presented.The method encoded with even Gray code fringe and decoded with pixel point located by a sub-pixel location method named edge-directed,so inherent one-bit decoding error was removed.Accuracy of image sampling point location and correspondence between image sampling point and object sampling point achieved sub-pixel degree.In addition,measurement error caused by dividing projecting angle irregularly by even-width encoding fringe was analysed and corrected.Finally,3dsmax and Matlab software were used to simulate measurement system and reconstruct measured surface.Indicated by experimental results,measurement error is about 0.05%.
