等离子体显示板面光源的制备技术及光电特性研究(英文)

【摘要】 利用等离子体显示板自发光、薄型、亮度高、发光均匀的特点,开发出基于等离子体显示机理的薄型等离子体面光源,用于需要薄型照明的特定场合。为克服等离子体显示板发光效率过低的不足,对面光源显示板的结构、材料、工艺和驱动电路诸方面进行多项改进,经改进后的等离子体面光源最小厚度不大于4mm,亮度>350cd/m2,色温为6500 K,发光效率>4Lm/W。光源型PDP显示板的研究结果对进一步提高图象型PDP显示板的光电性能提供了有益的启示。

【Abstract】 By using PDP (plasma display panel) characteristics of self-luminescence, thin structure, high brightness and uniform luminescence, a novel surface lamp-house based on PDP technology was developed to apply in a special space which needs thin illuminator. To overcome PDP’S shortage of low luminous efficiency, many important modifications are accomplished in panel structure, phosphors material, working gas, manufacturing process and drive circuit. The improved surface lamp-house has parameters as follows: thickness less than 4 mm, luminance more than 350 cd/m2, color temperature 6500 K and luminous efficiency 4 lm/w.The study result of surface light source PDP will help to improve the photoelectric properties of image PDP.
