中频无源焊机内置2 kW工频逆变电源研制

【摘要】 分析介绍了一种为中频无源焊机配备的220 V、50 Hz工频逆变电源,通过脉冲发生电路和脉冲放大电路相互配合来驱动IGBT,以得到理想输出电压。解决了焊机在野外施工的不便。实验证明本电路具有耐受强冲击和抗强干扰,电路结构简单,工作可靠等优点。

【Abstract】 A power frequency inverter with 220 V?50 Hz are equipped for medium frequency passive welder is analyzed, which adopts pulse generate circuit and pulse amplifier circuit to drive the IGBT. The inconvenience of outdoor construction welding is overcome. The experiments show that this system has the advantages of good shock resistance and anti - interference, simple circuit, and stability.
