【Abstract】 On the basis of double attributes of land as resources and assets,this paper puts forward the significance of implementing the bank of land use right in our country.By means of comprehensive analysis and antitheses,it sets up the mode of urban and rural bank of land use right,analyzes the problems that might arise in the course of the bank establishment,and proposes the solutions,concluding that it is feasible to implement land use right bank in our country.更多还原
