【摘要】 采用较为翔实的资料,在对武汉市城市用地扩张态势进行分析的基础上,运用SPSS软件对武汉市建成区用地面积与经济因子进行多元统计分析,研究表明:城镇居民人均可支配收入、第一、二产业产值占GDP的比重、社会进出口总额、基本建设投资额及人均GDP是推进建成区用地扩张的核心经济因素。其结果可为武汉市城市理性发展规划的制定提供一定的科学依据,对探索控制城市发展的调控机制研究也具有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With full and accurate data and based on an analysis of land use expansion tendency of Wuhan City,this paper makes a multivariate statistical analysis against the land area and economic factors of Wuhan built-up areas by means of the SPSS software,concluding that the disposable income of per resident,the proportion of primary industry and second industry in GDP,the gross amount of society import and export,the investment in capital construction and capital GDP are the chief economic factors which boost the land expansion of Wuhan built-up areas.The result may provide a scientific basis for the rational development planning of the city and have some significance to the research on the regulative mechanism of the urban development plan.更多还原
