【摘要】 城市建成区的急剧扩张是我国现阶段快速城市化和工业化的重要特征,近年城市土地扩张逐渐成为城市经济和土地管理领域的研究热点。通过对近年城市土地扩张文献的梳理,将相关研究划分为四类:城市土地扩张的特征和模式、影响因素和驱动机制、扩张效益以及城市土地扩张的影响和对策研究,并分别对其加以阐述。在此基础上,总结了相关研究的特点和不足。最后探讨了城市土地扩张研究有待深入的领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapid expansion of urban constructed area is a typical characteristic of accelerated urbanization and industrialization in China,which has attracted more and more attention from researchers in the fields of urban economics and land management.This paper examines the recent studies of this subject and divides the literatures into four categories: on the characteristics and models of urban expansion,on the mechanism and driving factors of expansion,on the benefits of expansion,and on the influences of expansion and counter-measures to control over-expansion,analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of the related studies,and discusses the fields for further study.更多还原
