【摘要】 运用HyperMesh/Ls-Dyna软件就手机电池盖在自由跌落试验仿真分析过程中的状态进行了模拟,并观察其在跌落过程中是否同手机主体脱离,导致电池裸露,从而导致整体设计的失败。同时与真实情况相对比,证实了仿真分析的可靠性,其数据可以作为评价设计方案的参考,从而保证整体设计方案的通过。更多还原

【Abstract】 By HyperMesh/Ls-Dyna sofware,free-drop simulation of the status of mobile phone cell cover is done.It is verified whether the cover will sever from the main phone part and make the cell uncovered,which may cause the design a failure.The reliability of this free-drop simulation is testified by comparing with the real experiment results.The structure design is evaluate to ensure the accomplishment of the whole design accordingly by taking the free-drop simulation data as reference.更多还原
