【Abstract】 With the quickly development and widely used of the Linux operating system, more and more attention was paid to the security of Linux by system manager and software developer. The security of Linux operating system was discussed through the setting of file rights in this paper. In order to avoid file and data being destroyed, the developer should pay more attention to the setting of file rights during programming was emphasized.
