【摘要】 介绍一种简单灵活且有效的气流温度控制方法,该方法具有简单实用的特点。该温控系统中,处于控制下的气流可以对物体进行有规律的加热,温度控制方法是通过PC机向作为其下位机的单片机发送温度控制指令来实现。此方法可应用于工业控制的多个方面,还可用到其他要求循环温度控制的场合。阐述了控制系统组成、控制原理、数据通信等,给出了解决相关问题的具体方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Temperature control is widely used in fields of industry and agriculture,the paper describes a flexible and efficient way of controlling airflow temperature,this way is very simple and practical.In his temperature control system,the gas which is under control,can heat up object regularly,and the temperature control of gas is realized by sending instructions to SCM module from a PC.This way can be used in many fields of industrial control,and also can be used in the occasion which need circular temperature control.This paper gives a detailed description of constitution of control system,control theory,data communication,and provides the detailed method of dealing with problems involved.更多还原
