基于虚拟仪器的身管自动测径仪测试平台
Test platform of barrel bore size automatic testing based on virtual instrument
【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的火炮身管内径测量仪自动检测平台的方案。采用PC机作为主控制器,对于测径仪在身管内行走进(进、退)进行自动控制;通过串行接口读取激光测距仪(LDM42)和传感器通道箱(X1715)的数据,分别计算得到测径仪位置和内径,在PC机中用LabVIEW编程,进行数据与图形处理,直观地得到身管的内径分布信息。这个方案经实践验证是可行的。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a scheme idea of an automatic testing platform of barrel bore size based on the virtual instrument. It uses PC to control the automatic moving (go ahead or fall back)in the barrel of the diameter survey instrument. Through serial interface, PC can read the data of the distance measuring module and the channel box of inductive probe, and using the software of LabVIEW to receive the position of the diameter survey instrument in the barrel,calculate the bore size, and display the result through graph. This scheme is valid after practice.
