一种新型光学管道界面检测仪的研究
Research of optical pipeline interface detection
【摘要】 成品油顺序输送的界面切割一直是管道检测中的突出问题,传统的检测方法是人为进行密度检测确定混油界面,虽能够达到界面切割的目的,但存在着定位精度差、检测效率低等不足。本文研究了一种基于光学理论的具有高精度的新型界面检测仪器,分析了此界面检测仪测量的基本原理和系统组成。该仪器能够减小现场检测中的人为经验因素,提高测量精度,实现实时快速检测。
【Abstract】 Interface detection for oil products transportation has been a prominent question in pipeline detection. The traditional detection method is density measurement to determine where the mixed oil interface is. This method can achieved the purpose on cutting interface, but there are some shortcomings like worse positioning accuracy and low detection efficiency. This paper studied a high-precision interface detection based on optics and analyzed this interface measurement system and the basic principle. The instrument can reduce the influence of human experience in the condition of scene detection, improve the measurement accuracy and realize rapid real-time detection.
