管道腐蚀检测数据分析

【摘要】 随着管道运输事业的蓬勃发展,管道在线检测技术也越来越先进,但是分析漏磁检测数据的软件系统效率低,质量也不高。针对这种情况,本文详细介绍了对由管道漏磁检测器检测到的漏磁数据进行分析的软件设计流程,并提出设计过程中的难点。本系统经过以往的检测数据和牵拉试验的测试,自动分析运行正常,能够实现预期的功能。

【Abstract】 With the development of pipeline industry,on-line inspection technology of pipeline is more and more advanced,but the analysis technology of magnetic flux leakage(MFL)data is still lower both in efficiency and quality. So in this paper,the Automatic Analysis software system about pipe MFL Data is briefly illuminated.At first,the design method of database and system is analyzed.And then the design process and several primary functional modules are shortly stated.At the same time,the difficult point in the design processed is also pointed out.This system is circulated safely by using the MFL data detected before,and the result is proofed accurately and effectively.
