【摘要】 通过对创新型城市的概念与内涵的探讨,提出了创新型城市建设的基本内容和创新型城市建设的指标体系,在此基础上,通过对洛阳市情的全面和较深入的调查研究,以创新型洛阳建设为例,提出了创新型洛阳建设的总体框架、基本建构、功能联动和要素组合,并从创新型洛阳建设的战略目标出发,提出创新型洛阳建设的有关政策建议,并由此为建设创新型河南提供科学依据和启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the exploration on concept and connotation of innovation,innovative city and construction of innovative city,elementary content and index system about construction of innovative city were brought forward.By the case of Luoyang,based on studying the city comprehensive complexion,this paper put forward general framework,basic structure,function linkage and factor combination.Suggestions on policy about construction of innovative Luoyang were given based on strategic goal.It is aimed at providing scientific evidences and apocalypse to the construction of innovative Henan.更多还原
