【摘要】 利用2006年武汉市新洲区3个乡镇11个村326户问卷调查和访谈调查结果,分析了农户居住空间行为的动力机制,认为农户居住空间行为演变的驱动力是压力和引力2种力量共同作用的,并利用调研数据和消费理论模型进一步证明了理论分析。根据农户居住空间行为交通依附的特征,提出了农户居住空间演变的6个阶段的过程模型,最后针对农户居住空间行为演变的一般规律和不和谐的趋势,从多角度探讨了引导农户居住空间行为的若干对策,为解决乡村出现的各种空间问题提供一些理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article gives analysis of the dynamic-mechanism of households’ residential space behaviors,which is based on the on-site and questionnaire survey of 326 families from 11 villages,3 different towns in Xinzhou District.The results show that the driving force of households’ residential space behaviors evolution is co-functioned by pressure and attraction,then convince the theory analysis by making use of investigation data and consumption theory model.Furthermore,this article puts forward the process model with six stages of households’ residential space behaviors evolution,which is based on the characteristics of households’ residential space behaviors’ associated transportation changes.At last,the article discusses some countermeasures guiding households’ residential space behaviors from various angles which is aimed at general rules and disharmonic trend of households’ residential space behaviors evolution.更多还原
