ARM嵌入式数控旋压机床控制系统应用软件开发
Development of the Application Software Based on ARM Embed System of CNC Spinning Machine
【摘要】 为了研制开发出具有自主知识产权的旋压机床专用数控系统,使旋压工艺与数控技术得到最有效的结合,本文对基于ARM嵌入式数控系统的软件实现进行了研究,对软件实现平台进行了总体规划,并对液压伺服系统运动、圆弧插补运动、译码模块的设计实现等关键技术进行了阐述。最后对数控系统运行中的控制信号飘溢现象进行了试验研究,为ARM嵌入式数控系统在旋压机床上的应用提供了坚实的理论依据及实践基础。
【Abstract】 To obtain the professional spinning CNC system with intellectual property right,which can combine the spinning process with the numerical technology more efficiently,the software based on ARM embed system of CNC spinning machine has been developed and the general layout of the software platform has been carried out, with some key technologies introduced,such as the movement of the hydraulic servo controlling system,the arc interpolation,and the design of the code translation mode.Finally,the controlling signal drift has been investigated experimentally,which provides the theoretical datum and practical base for the ARM embed controlling system of CNC spinning machine.
