连续挤压H65黄铜合金异型带缺陷的研究
Study on Defects in Continuous Extruded H65 Brass Alloy Profiled Strip
【摘要】 应用连续挤压技术已经成功挤出引线框架用的H65黄铜合金异型带。本文针对挤出品在连续挤压过程中出现的缺陷(如毛刺、波浪纹、撕裂、气泡、夹杂等)进行了详细的分析和研究,找出了原因,并提出了解决措施。
【Abstract】 The continuous extrusion technique has been successfully used to produce H65 brass alloy profiled strip for lead frame materials.In this paper,some defects of continuous extrusion product,such as burr,raised grain,laceration, air bubble,inclusion,have been analysed and researched in detail.Finally,the reason has been found and solution has been put forward to resolve these defects.
