基于DEFORM的十字轴预锻成形分析及模具改进
The Analysis of Pre-forging Simulation of Cross Shaft Based on DEFORM and the Improvement of Die
【摘要】 利用DEFORM有限元数值模拟软件对十字轴锻件的锻造成形过程进行了模拟。基于模拟的结果,对预锻成形过程产生飞边的原因进行分析,提出模具设计的改进建议。
【Abstract】 The forging process for the cross shaft has been simulated by use of the finite element numerical simulation software DEFORM.The reason for flash in the pre-forging has been analysed on the basis of the results of simulation, with some instructive suggestions for die designing put forward.
