PVDF-HFP/TiO2多孔杂化电解质膜的研究
Study of PVDF-HFP/TiO2 porous hybrid electrolyte membrane
【摘要】 将溶胶-凝胶法与相转化法结合,以偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物(PVDF-HFP)、钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,制备了PVDF-HFP/TiO2多孔杂化膜,经电解液活化后得到PVDF-HFP/TiO2多孔杂化电解质膜。采用扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)、透射电子显微镜法(TEM)、交流阻抗法等手段对多孔杂化电解质膜的结构和性能进行了测试分析。研究结果表明,与PVDF-HFP多孔电解质膜相比,PVDF-HFP/TiO2多孔杂化电解质膜在微孔结构、离子电导率等方面都有明显的改善;同时,随着TiO2含量的增加,也增大了多孔杂化膜的孔隙率和电导率。
【Abstract】 The porous poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)/TiO2 composite membranes were prepared by sol-gel combined with phase inversion method using PVDF-HFP and TBT as principal raw materials, and the porous polymer electrolytes were formed by porous PVDF-HFP/TiO2 membranes filled and swollen by a liquid electrolyte. The structure and performance of these membranes were tested by SEM, TEM and AC impendence method. Compared with porous PVDF-HFP electrolyte membranes, the pore structure and ion conductivity of the porous PVDF-HFP/TiO2 composite electrolyte membranes improved obviously; the porosity and the ion conductivity increased as the adding of TiO2.
