阳极支撑固体氧化物燃料电池的制备及性能

【摘要】 利用离心法成膜工艺在多孔Ni-YSZ阳极基体上制备8%(摩尔分数)YSZ电解质层,在1400℃共烧结,得到致密的YSZ膜和多孔结构的阳极。用苷氨酸-硝酸盐燃烧法合成超细阳极与阴极材料。其中,NiO-YSZ复合粉体用于阳极,La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3(LSCF)和30%(质量分数)Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.95(GDC)复合材料用作阴极。以氢气为燃料,研究了500~800℃时Ni-YSZ阳极支撑体固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)单电池的性能。结果表明在500℃时电池开路电压(OCV)达1.10V,800℃时短路电流密度达1113mA/cm2,最大比功率为296mW/cm2。通过交流阻抗图谱分析,认为电解质欧姆电阻是影响电池性能的主要因素。

【Abstract】 A centrifugal casting technique was applied to deposit thin 8%YSZ electrolyte layers on porous NiO-YSZ anode substrates for single solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC). After the bilayers were co-sintered at 1 400 ℃, dense pinhole-free YSZ coatings were obtained, while the anodes maintained porosity. The nano-size anode and cathode materials used in the SOFC were prepared by glycine-nitrate combustion method with using NiO-YSZ composite powder as anode, La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3(LSCF) with 30%Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.95(GDC) as cathode. The performance of the Ni-YSZ anode supported SOFC on hydrogen fuel was obtained from 500 ℃ to 800 ℃. The highest open circuit voltage(OCV) was about 1.10 V at 500 ℃ and the maximum power density of 296 mW/cm2 and a short circuit density of 1 113 mA/cm2 of the cell were observed at 800 ℃. Impedance spectra were measured during cell tests showed that ohmic resistances was the predominant resistance.
