泡沫铜的制备及其在锂离子蓄电池中的应用

【摘要】 通过塑料电沉积法制备出平均孔隙率为97%的泡沫铜。使用调节电流密度、热处理气氛及热处理温度等方法,改善了泡沫铜的性能。泡沫铜的力学测试结果显示了较好的机械性能。将机械球磨法制得的硅粉与碳黑以及粘合剂(PVDF)调制成浆料,然后填入泡沫铜中制备出负极片。将此极片组装成钮扣电池进行循环伏安以及充放电测试,结果表明泡沫铜的三维结构可有效抑制硅的体积变化,提高其电化学性能。

【Abstract】 Copper foam with high porosity was prepared by electro-deposition method, the current density and the environment and temperature of heat treatment were controlled to achieve improved mechanical performance. The silicon powder prepared by mechanical milling process was mixed with graphite and PVDF. The resulted slurry was then filled into the copper foam to work as anode. The results of cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge test demonstrate that the three-dimensional structure of copper foam can effectively restrain silicon’s volume change and improve its electrochemical performance.
