楔形模宽条料超塑性拉拔非局部摩擦分析
Superplastic drawing of wide strip through tapered die using nonlocal friction law
【摘要】 研究金属材料表面微凸结构对模具与工件接触区域上的非局部摩擦效应,在楔形模宽条料超塑性拉拔加工问题中,首次采用Oden等提出的非局部摩擦定律代替经典的库仑摩擦定律,利用主应力法或工程法建立了相应问题的积微分形式的力平衡方程。在简化的情况下,采用摄动法求得所论问题的近似解,并分析了影响应力的非局部效应的相关因素。
【Abstract】 The nonlocal friction law proposed by Oden,et al.was adopted in order to consider the nonlocal friction effect of the asperities on the stress distribution about superplastic drawing of a wide strip through a tapered die.The mechanical equilibrium equation with the integral-differential form was obtained by using the engineering method or slab method,and solved approximately by using the perturbation method.The stresses based on nonlocal friction law were obtained,and the factors which affect the nonlocal friction effect were analyzed.
