激光拼焊板冲压成形性能研究

【摘要】 对由同种材质不等厚度母材制成的拼焊板进行了杯突试验和成形极限图试验,发现拼焊板焊缝处材料强度增强,但是抵抗继续变形能力减弱,材料发生失稳、破裂多在薄板侧。并应用AutoForm软件对某轿车前地板零件的成形性进行研究,仿真分析结果表明,虽然在零件设计时薄板侧所占面积较大,使得焊缝未发生移动,但较易破裂位置、板料变薄最大位置仍发生在拼焊板焊缝薄板侧。在分析拼焊板材料制成的零件时,对焊缝附近进行材料成形性分析尤为重要。

【Abstract】 The cupping test and forming limit test were done for the tailor welded blanks(TWBs)of different thicknesses.The results show that wrinkles and cracks almost occur in the thinner side,which indicates that the strength of the welding-line increases but the deformation resistance of that position decreases.Moreover,DYNAFORM software was used to simulate the formability of the front floor part.From the simulation,the thinner side of the TWBs possessed the bigger area and the weld-line did not remove,but the possible cracks and the maximum thinning positions always occured at the thinner side.So it is important to make formability analysis of the weld-line while analyzing the part made of TWBs.
